Terms & Conditions: Visa - Snapdeal Offer
Rs. 100 Snapdeal-Cash Offer:
During the Promotion Period, Eligible Cardholders who have a valid and existing "Snapdeal" account will have the chance to receive Rs 100 "Snapdeal-Cash" ("Free Snap-deal Cash") that will be credit into his/her "Snapdeal" account (the "Snapdeal Offer"), subject to terms and conditions. 

The Free Snapdeal- Cash can be used to buy deal vouchers exclusively through the portal www.snapdeal.com.

• Eligible Cardholders for this Snapdeal Offer means all Visa Credit and Visa Debit Cards issued in India by any bank issuer.
• The Promotion Period for the Snapdeal Offer is from 1st March 2011 to 30th September 2011 (both dates inclusive).
• The Snapdeal Offer is limited to the first 500 Eligible Cardholders each day, who must follow the Redemption Process set out below to participate in the Snapdeal Offer, for the duration of the Promotion Period. 
• Each Eligible Card is entitled to receive Free Snap-deal Cash under the Snapdeal Offer only once during the Promotion Period
• This is not an exhaustive list of terms and conditions that apply to the Snapdeal Offer.  All Eligible Cardholders are advised to check the terms and conditions applicable for each deal mentioned on the portal before purchase.

Redemption Process:

• Eligible Cardholders must click on the "VISA-Snapdeal offer" link available on the homepage to avail the offer Eligible Cardholders must have an existing and valid "Snapdeal" account, or create a new account
• When prompted by the system, the Eligible Cardholder must enter his/her Eligible Card number accordingly, when prompted by the system.
• In the event that the Free Snap-deal Cash under the Snapdeal Offer is still available for that day, the system will credit the Free Snap-deal Cash into the Eligible Cardholder's Snapdeal account accordingly and notify the Eligible Cardholder of the credit.
• After receiving the Free Snap-deal Cash, the Eligible Cardholder may proceed to buy the deals and utilize the Rs 100 credit. In case the cardholder chooses to cancel the transaction at this stage, the Rs 100 credit will still remain, which can be utilized for another transaction.
• In the event that the Free Snap-deal Cash limit has been exhausted for that day or the Visa cardholder is not eligible, the system will notify the Visa cardholder accordingly.

General Terms and Conditions

• Visa cardholders are not bound in any manner to participate in the Visa SnapDeal Offer.
• Any participation by any Visa cardholder shall be voluntary and all the offers made by SnapDeal, and facilitation thereof by Visa, are promotional on the best effort basis.
• Visa cardholders understand, acknowledge and agree that they shall be required to give personal information and card details online for the vouchers purchased on www.snapdeal.com.
• Visa cardholders can also make transactions at www.snapdeal.com without participating in this program and availing the offers.
• Visa shall not be responsible for, nor does it guarantee the quality of goods and services provided by any of the outlets in the Visa SnapDeal Offer, nor is Visa liable for any deficiency in the products or inadequacies of the services so obtained or availed of by any Visa cardholder from any Snapdeal outlet.
• Visa shall not be responsible or liable in any way for any failure or inability of any Visa cardholder to participate in the Snapdeal Offer or to avail themselves of the Snapdeal Offer, for any reason whatsoever
• The SnapDeal Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, coupons or special offers.
• The benefits offered in the SnapDeal Offer are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other merchandise.
• Rates are based on prices mentioned on the portal and subject to change.
• All Visa cardholders participating in the Snapdeal Offer irrevocably agree that, any dispute, if any, arising out of or in connection with the Snapdeal Offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai
