Installation Process:
Step 1: Customer books the Set top box and Dish from Snapdeal.com.
Step 2: Activation kit will be delivered to the customer by Snapdeal and customer has to pay the entire amount at that time.
Step 3: DishTv will confirm the phone number and e-mail id with the customer.
Step 4: After receiving the e-pin through activation kit customer has to call for the installation. For Installation Call DishTV Customer Care 0120-4443474. For Installation through any line - 2445665 (please add your local code before the number, STD Charges apply). For Installation from MTNL/BSNL Lines - 1800-180-3474 (Toll Free). For installation from MTNL/BSNL lines - 1860-180-3474 (Local Call Charges apply). Alternatively you can send the following SMS: DISHTV <space> INS <space> 6 Digit AREA PIN CODE and send it to 57575
Step 5: After punching request for installation customer will receive a call from DishTV Service franchisee for installation time and location confirmation.
Step 6: DishTV authorized franchisee / service provider will visit customer to install the connection within 48-72 hours of call log in.
