2. Company shall not be held responsible for any damages to interior and/or exterior structures of building/rooms/walls/cabins/flats as the case may be which may occur while service delivery.
3. Customer undertakes to keep a representative present at all times while the treatment is being carried out as a matter of safety.
4. The machinery used in vacuuming involves noise, pesticides do have slight unbearable odour and clients are requested to bear with the same. If you have any patients / pets / children in the house, do not allow them to remain present while the treatment is in progress.
5. Provide the information to our technicians / service personnel on the electrical wiring / conduits, telephone cables. This will enable us to facilitate the treatment procedure and avoid any damages to the property. We do not take any responsibility of the damage caused to your property in absence of the above information
. 6. The treatments are scheduled as per the mutually agreed schedule. We should not be hold responsible if the premises are not available for the no fault of ours.
7. Company Disclaimer: Customer may receive Transactional/Promotional Correspondence from Terminix SIS India through SMS, e-mailer, mailer, etc. The only liability of Terminix SIS India Pvt. Ltd. will be limited to re-treat the said premises against the pest for which customer has signed the contract with Terminix SIS India Pvt. Ltd. to keep the pest under control.
