Stefan M. Moser works at the National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan. He has remained an assistant professor from the year 2005-08, 2008-2012 he was an associate professor. He holds a P.D in the field of Information theory at Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH), Zurich. He has two MSc. degrees one of which is in the field of electrical engineering and the other in Industrial management. Author, Po-Ning Chen also works with Stefan M. Moser in NCTU, Taiwan.
