This Sealed Reverse Osmosis Membrane 100 GPD filter contains reverse osmosis membrane made from very thin film coated (TFC) food grade Poly Amide sheet which acts a sieve & when water is oozed from it on high pressure of RO Pump, it separates/filters the harmful chemicals, heavy elements from the water and distills it. This reverse osmosis membrane has been pressure sealed. This membrane is suitable for original branded Reverse Osmosis system of Kent, Aquaguard & Luminous in which Sealed Reverse Osmosis Membrane are originally company installed.
The present sealed Reverse Osmosis Membrane is also compatible with other unbranded & assembled RO water purifier system which usually has Re-usable Membrane Housings wherein unsealed membranes are installed after opening the old re-usable membrane housing. It is herein informed that Re-usable membrane housings promote and propagate secondary bacteria growth. That is the reason why the famous brands like Aquaguard, Kent, Luminous etc only use pressure Sealed RO Membranes. Aquadyne Pressure sealed Reverse Osmosis membranes are best solution to avoid secondary bacteria growth.
Three John Guest type & equivalent Push Fit fittings are provided with this Filter Kit free of cost.

Sealed Reverse Osmosis Membrane 100 GPD – Installation Instructions
This filter is a quick fit type filter and customer can install the it himself.
1. For installing this filter Three John Guest type or equivalent Push Fit elbows are provided in the Filter. 2. Kindly see the flow arrow on the label of this inline filter before installing it.
3. The easiest way to replace the inline filter in an RO System is to remove each of the old inline filter in your reverse osmosis water purifier and side by side replace them with new ones. In this way you won’t get confused.
4. For installing the this filter i.e. Reverse Osmosis membrane both the ends of this filter needs to be plugged in with the three plastic elbows on each of three tubes of the filter. There is a flow arrow on the sticker of the Filter indicating the flow direction. The inlet flow of the feed water needs to be connected with the inlent side of this Filter (i.e. in the opposite direction of the flow arrow on the sticker/label on Reverse Osmosis Filter). In the direction of flow arrow, there are two parallel outlets. One is for fresh water & other is for waste water. The outlet in the middle/center of the Filter Cap is for Fresh filtered water while the other one is for waste water.
5. After the RO membrane filter the fourth filter a carbon filter needs fitted to give soothing & sweet taste to the pure water. The outlet side for filtered water in the Third filter i.e. Reverse osmosis membrane needs to be connected with inlet side of this inline carbon filter. The water coming out of the outlet end of fourth filter is pure fresh water.
6. Kindly flush out atleast 2 - 3 bucket of water before using the filtered water for drinking after installing new filter cartridges.
7. Three plastic elbows for fitting the tubing to both ends of filters are being provided with this package free of cost.
8. This filter is manufactured to withstand high pressure from RO pump and works best when all the filters are installed after the Reverse Osmosis Pump.
9. The waste water discarded by RO membrane filter through separate outlet is not fit for drinking and other food related purposes but the same can be utilized in the household for washing & cleaning purposes.
10. All the filters are to be installed consecutively one after the other in the sequence hereinbefore detailed.
