WHAT IS ASIAN PAINTS MAKEOVER SOLUTION?
Asian Paints makeover Solutions is a unique service where you can quickly transform your walls by choosing from the Small (<75 sft), Medium (75-100 Sq ft), Large (100-125 Sq ft) and Extra Large (125-150 Sq ft.) range of Exclusive Asian Paints Range of Designer Walls.
You can choose to buy either one or more walls for your home.
You can also choose to Gift a Designer wall to someone close to you.
Once you make the purchase, Asian Paints Team would visit the address given by you. We would first evaluate your walls, take exact measurement and then consult you on different shade possibilities of the design you had purchased from Snapdeal.
Therefore, in the pincode and address section, please give the address of the Site where the Design needs to be applied (either your own or your loved ones’ whom you want to gift Asian Paints Makeover Solution)
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
You will be visited by our Authorised Representative, who will guide you on product and shade selection. He will suggest products that will match your finish as well as other requirements. Our Authorised Service Provider, home delivers the material. The Complete Painting system, including Wall Putty, Primer, and Paint, will be provided by us.
All in all it is a no hassle, easy painting solution offered by India's largest paint company. We ensure project execution happens on time. Also, a 3-year warranty is also offered for the painting and the application procedure applied. In addition to post-painting any dissatisfaction is also taken care of through our Helpline number 1800-209-5678. Home Solutions also offers you the facility to a dedicated Relationship Associate who will regularly visit your premises to ensure that a job is completed within or before the given time.
PINCODE
Pincode is mandatory since serviceability of the order depends on your specific pincode. Please enter the correct pincode of the site where the service needs to be delivered.
Gift-A-Wall can be gifted to anyone acquainted to you or to your own self. Therefore the site address & pincode must be that of the site where the service needs to be delivered and not the pincode where you (the Purchaser) are based out of. In case both these pincodes are same and serviceable, the said order will be accepted
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Within 48 working hours of your Purchase, you will receive a call from Asian Paints Helpline seeking the booking of an appointment for our associate to visit your place, evaluate site conditions and take measurement. This is a very critical visit, based on which, we will confirm the order within 7 working days of your order placement. Therefore, you are required to give us an appointment for visit within 7 working days post your purchase. If the visit doesn't take place within 7 days, the order will be stand automatically cancelled.
SHADES
Depending on the screen resolution of your device, actual shades may vary from that in the product image. For validating your shade of preference, please refer to the Physical Shade Card available with the associate visiting your place.
WARRANTY T&C
Asian Paints Ezycolour Home Solutions provides 3 Years of sliding warranty according to APEHS warranty policy. For details, please check with the associate who would be visiting your place to confirm the Order

1. HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?
Within 48 working hours of your purchase, Asian Paints Helpline will give you a call to fix an appointment with you. The appointment needs to be fixed within 7 days of the purchase made. Request you to therefore, kindly give us a time to meet you within 7 days of the purchase.
Our Associate will visit your site at the time specified by you and do a proper evaluation your walls, take exact measurement and then consult you on different shade possibilities of the design you had purchased from Snapdeal. Once we complete our consultation with you, we will ask for your confirmation. Once you confirm and give us a go ahead on the agreed terms with our visiting Associate, we will confirm the order and start the painting job.
If this visit and confirmation do not happen within the 7 days, the order would automatically stand cancelled.
2. WHEN WILL THE MAKEOVER GET COMPLETED?
At Asian Paints, we are committed to On-Time Completion. The execution time varies from different products depending on the drying time, design complexity and Start Date. Our Home Solutions representatives will visit the site along with the authorized Contractor. Before starting the painting work, he will prepare a work schedule, which will provide information with respect to dates as to when a particular wall will be taken for painting, and the date when painting would be completed. The work schedule will be pasted at the site, and progress of work can be tracked real time. Your Relationship Associate will commit a completion date to you based on this schedule.
3. DO I NEED TO PAY ANYTHING EXTRA?
On our 1st visit, our associate will take the measurement of your wall along with you. If the actual measurement of your wall is +-10% of the Wall size purchased on snapdeal, you NEED NOT pay anything extra. If the actual wall size varies more than 10%, you would have to pay a certain per sq ft. rate for the extra area. Our visiting Associate will be able to guide you on this
