Birth is not the basis of our consideration of social behaviour and worth is given precedence as our founding fathers of the constitution adopted Ashoka’s Dharmachakra as our symbol of national honour (though he was Shudra by caste). It may also provide inspiration to think patiently how much our Indian society would have benefitted had Shambboka not been beheaded, Eklabyas’s thumb would not have been cut and Rohith Vemula would have been allowed to blossom? Professor (Dr.) Anirudh Prasad, topper of L.L.B. with University Gold-Medal and topper of L. L. M. has published 22 books from Publishers of established reputation like E.B.C., Lucknow to his credit with distinction of having been referred by Sarkaria Commission on Centre-State Relations, quoted by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in famous Mandal case (Indra Sawhney v. Union of India), published with forewords by Hon’ble Supreme Court Judges like V.R. Krishna Iyer and D.A. Desai, High Court Judge, S.K. Singh, great legal luminaries like Professor Upendra Buxi and Professor Mahendra Pratap Singh and sociologist Prof. S. P. Nagendra, and more than eight dozen articles in almost all prestigious law Journals. He has been Professor, H.O.D. and Dean, Faculty of Law, in D.D.U.
