This phone is decent value for money for normal users. Have not given 5 stars only because I have ueed it only for two months by now, so I can't comment on the fault vulnerability of the instrument. So far do good.
If a simple, basic phone is what you are looking for, then the Beetel M51 is a good option. My only grouse with the phone is that it has no speaker mode. Putting the phone on speaker so that all in the family could hear and respond was what I had in mind. One would think that all phones come with a speaker option, but this one doesn't. I wish this had been mentioned clearly in the features listed, and I am a bit disappointed. Nonetheless, it gives clear voice clarity and is a no-nonsense budget phone.
