The Cerwin Vega HED Series 12 Inch 4 Ohm
Subwooferfeatures an aluminium voice coil with a four-layer copper
coil, woven tinsel lead and spring loaded terminals. They are
designed to handle 300W of max power. The Cross-flow Window Venting
reduces voice-coil temperatures and increases power handling while the Rolled
Aluminium Former offers lower mass with unrivalled thermal characteristics.
The subwoofer contains a Forged Alloy Yoke which is a low carbon
one-piece forged design to give superior magnetic field retention, lower
external interference noise. The Radial Convex Domes Geometrical Design
minimizes cone flex thereby reducing distortion at extremely low frequencies.
The Linear Rolled Spider allows the woofer to operate in a controlled
manner at all volume levels to provide you with an even sound at all volume
settings. The Cerwin Vega HED Series 12 Inch 4 Ohm Subwooferalso contains nickel-plated
pushpin Terminals for an easy, yet low resistance connection.
