Chrome Paper Cutter is capable for B4 (385mm*310mm) cutting; precise & easy cutting. It has papger adjuster included for easy adjustment for cutting into desired sizes. Auto Paper Pressing Bar: Capable paper for precise & easy cutting. Paper Size Indicator: Indicates B4/B5/A4/A5/B6/B7 post card & Photo(L) sizes. Make sure paper cutter is placed on a wide even surface for stability. Place plastic guard on the 2 screw posts next to the blade. Using the plugs, screw the nuts onto the screws making sure they are secured firmly. This will ensure that the guard is in place correctly. Lift the blade by using the grip handle. Slide the paper underneath the lip of the plastic safely guarded until it shows through on the other side. Adjust the paper guide to the desired position or line up the paper with the guidelines on the base of the paper cutter. Place your hand on the lip of the guard to clamp down onto the papger. Hold the handle of the blade and rise to the top position, then bring down the blade slowly and evenly to cut the paper. Make sure the blade is all the way down before removing trimmed paper. Keep the safety guard on at all times unless packed away in the box.
