i had different experience according to those who told it falls out of ears..try to change buds they provided 3 options.. the medium size buds fits perfectly in ear channel and isolates noise by 70% with the music off., if you turn it on then :O you may probably feel out of the world(but your mom may shout at you thereafter :P ) great deep thumping bass and sufficient treble levels.. only the problem is its cord which is so delicate that one should handle it very carefully otherwise length is not a real issue.. a mic and volume button would have been added advantage if creative really meant to their brand name.. overall very very very good product..just go for it.. cheers.. :)
