How to wear it?
After cleaning the soles of the feet, take out the Arch Support Sleeve, "L" for left foot, "R" for right foot.
Align the silicone part with the arch of the foot, (silicon facing inward).
Pull the side with the letter by hand and insert it, with the silicone facing the arch of the foot.
After adjustment, you can get a normal comfortable foot!
