TECHNICAL INFORMATION
1. TIP TO CORRECTLY POSITION YOURSELF ON YOUR TREADMILL
To start your session, stand on the foot rails before starting the running belt at 1 km/h, then step onto the middle of the running belt. You are ready to start your session. Be careful, the Essential Run treadmill starts off at a speed of 2 km/h by default. For added safety, it is recommended that you reduce the speed to 1 km/h before stepping onto the running belt.
2. CONSOLE AND WORKOUT PROGRAMMES
The Domyos Essential Run treadmill has 4 functions and 8 on-board programmes to enable you to reach your specific sporting goals: 4 functions: time, speed, distance, and estimated calories burnt. 4 "performance" workout programmes (interval training). 4 "weight loss" workout programmes to help burn off calories.

3. POWER OF MOTOR AND MAXIMUM SPEED
Essential Run treadmill features a 2 HP continuous output motor, suitable for running or sport walking for up to 1 hour. Speed of 1 to 14 km/h With our Essential Run model, speed can be increased in 0.1 km/h increments for added comfort and safety.
4. CUSHIONING SYSTEM
The Essential Run treadmill offers good cushioning, its flexible, wooden deck protects joints from impacts from running and provides good propulsion at a moderate pace. Good to know: it is recommended that runners looking for added protection wear running shoes.

5. TIP FOR FOLDING AND PUTTING YOUR TREADMILL AWAY
The Essential Run treadmill has a fast, safe folding mechanism. See folding procedure in the treadmill's instructions manual. The correct technique involves squatting, gripping the treadmill and lifting it while keeping your back as straight as possible, until the treadmill is in a locked position.

6. TIPS TO OPTIMISE COMFORT DURING YOUR WORKOUT
To run in comfort, it is recommended you wear running shoes that are suitable for your level.To increase the stability of the treadmill, dampen vibrations and noise and protect the floor, it is recommended that the treadmill is set up on a floor mat. We recommend the Domyos Training Mat.
7. RUNNING DECK
The Domyos Essential Run's running deck (41x127 cm) is suitable for all athletes looking for a treadmill to keep fit sport walking or running at a moderate pace.
8. STORAGE
The Domyos Essential Run treadmill folds easily to save space. Our engineers have studied its size to design a product that is both compact and stable.
