THE CONSOLE, YOUR VIRTUAL COACH
The console on the Essential 2 exercise bike has 5 functions: calories burned, distance covered, session duration, speed, and heart rate via sensors located on the handlebar. These functions can help you reach your goals and track your workout performance.
TIPS TO PROPERLY ADJUST YOUR BIKE
Adjusting the height of the seat is important to ensure that you maintain a correct position while pedalling. Stand next to the bike and adjust the seat to the height of your hip. Using toe-clips helps to pedal more effectively by pushing downwards as well as pulling upwards during the rising movement of the cycle. Don't forget to tightly fasten your bike's toe-clips for optimum foot support.
TIPS FOR ADJUSTING THE STABILITY OF YOUR BIKE
For optimal comfort, we recommend placing specially designed floor pads under your bike (DF 920 floor pads). These foam pads will help to optimise the stability of the bike when in use, reduce vibrations and noise, and protect your floor. Domyos exercise bikes have two stabilisers at the back of the base to ensure the bike remains perfectly stable during your workouts regardless of the type of flooring.
TIPS FOR MOVING YOUR BIKE
Your exercise bike is equipped with wheels at the front to make it easy to move. To move your bike, stand facing the front of the bike. Block the bike with one foot and push down on the handlebar to swing it onto the wheels. Gently push the bike forward in the desired direction.
