In the hustle-bustle of our lives, many of us have lost our way in the attempt to find ourselves. A culture of constant seeking and striving seems to cloud our minds and hearts. This is perhaps the time to simplify the search by questioning our unease with the way we live and think, and explore the possibilities of ease that come when we think and live . Bringing forth the truths laid out in ancient scriptures, Nomita Kapur examines her own life and times in light of these teachings and addresses what she senses is the eternal quest of every living being – to be whole.
