About the Author
Dr. O.P. Gupta served as Professor of Zoology and HOD in a reputed institution— Dr. H.S. Gour University, Sagar, M.P. (1969-2007). He was also a Coordinator, Remedial Coaching Centre (1999-2007) as well as the HOD/Coordinator, Biotechnology Depart-ment (2005) in the same institution. An awardee of prestigious international fellowship by the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, he worked as post-doctoral researcher in Technical University, Karlsruhe, Germany (1979-1981). He worked in the Cell Physiology Lab, University of Nice, France (1982) as a recipient of a French Government Scholarship. He also visited and worked in the famous Brain Research Institute of Europe— Institute of Experimental Medicine, Budapest (2001-2002) under the auspices of UGC. Published a number of scientific research papers in national and international journals of repute. Subject expert in NAAC, Bengaluru, CSTT, Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India as well as was also connected with UGC. He has a keen interest in meditation and spirituality.
