Summary of the Book
Harry has had another long summer at the Dursleys and is eager to go back to Hogwarts for his second year. But Dobby, the elf warns him that it is not safe for him at Hogwarts. When he doesn’t pay heed to caution, Dobby creates trouble for Harry, which makes the Dursleys not allow Harry outside. Ron Weasley comes to Harry’s rescue this time, and takes him away to Hogwarts. It is in his second year at school that Harry discovers he is a Parselmouth, and thereby assumes he is the heir of Slytherin.
