I can’t give you an exact date when ‘How to Love the Sh*t Out of Life’ started because I’ve been loving life for a looooooong time. But a few years back, I realised I wanted to use my skills as a writer to put out some positive vibes into the world. I was writing what I thought were potential blog entries, but were actually book chapters. And so, ‘How to Love the Sh*t Out of Life’ took on its initial form in the way of a book. But it is so much more than that. You could say it’s a movement or a lifestyle. Whatever fancy-pants buzz word you wanna call it, the main thing is that it makes a positive impact on people’s lives
