Jyoti Seam Ripper is used to remove unwanted stitches. The Find tip of the seam ripper allows you to pick out a single thread and rip it. Keep it covered when you are not using it to prevent damage. The seam cutter has a clear cap that can protect your hand from cuts and the edge of the blade as you carry and use it. These stitch thread unpickers can be used to remove pointless garment tags from some sewing projects as well as other stitching. For every family, it is a requirement.
HOW TO USE:
✔ The seam should be facing you as you hold the fabric.
✔ Pull the fabric gently until you can see the stitches. (Typically, you would use a hue that complements the fabric. To make it stand out more, I used black.)
✔ Insert the sharp tip under a stitch that needs to be cut out. Always be cautious to simply grab the thread and prevent cutting the fabric as the first stitch is the toughest to remove.
✔ Gently push the seam ripper until the stitch reaches the blade in the curve (above to the left), then push a little more until the blade cuts through the thread (to the right above).
✔ Follow similarly for any other stitches that require the removal.
