HOW TO USE:
1. The embroidery hoop's inner and outer rings should be opened.
2. Put the fabric on the inner ring flat.
3. Clamp the outer ring to the fabric's outside and open it to the inner ring.
4. To adjust the fabric and screw head to the appropriate tension, turn the screw head.
