The Indian Damask pink rose blooms only twice a year & that's the one we use. This special variety of rose comes from the pure & pristine hills of Pushkar, Rajasthan.
We use Ayurvedic methods to create this magical recipe. We layer out the rose petals & natural sugar candy/mishri. The mixture is, then, slowly cooked in natural sun heat. This preserves the nutrients, strong flavour & aroma of the gulkand.
