•Are you constipated?:- Passing fewer than three stools per week, passing hard stools, straining to evacuate bowels, or feeling incomplete evacuation can be signs of constipation. Chronic constipation can reduce appetite, irritability, heaviness, and bloating.
•Goodness of gut cleansing herbs:- Kerala Ayurveda Abhayarishta is made by fermenting the decoction of herbs such as Abhaya, Draksha, Vidanga, and others, along with jaggery. Fermentation allows the properties of the herbs to be extracted into an easily palatable form while improving the shelf-life, therapeutic action, and the formulation’s concentration. Abhayarishta acts by balancing the Vata dosha in the colon and helps in effortless evacuation.
