The author, Sanjiv Narang is a practicing advocate in Delhi High Court & Supreme Court of India. His direct experience in trial courts has enabled him to extract and assimilate critical statutory and court made law which is specific to women. The resultant legal insights have been mapped into the contours of laws for women in this book.
His areas of practice are both Criminal and Civil law. The author has a double bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree. He studied law at Faculty of Law, University of Delhi.
