Organically grown Bird’s eye chilli, cooked in pure gingelly oil, sprinkled with asafoetida, fenugreek and added mustard and ginger
Free from preservatives, artificial colours and flavours
Ingredients: Bird’s Eye Chilli, Fresh Ginger, Asafoetida, Fenugreek, Mustard, Curry Leaves, Coconut Vinegar, Green Chilli, Garlic, Gingerly Oil, Rock Salt, Red Chilli Powder and Turmeric Powder
Storage Instructions: Keep the pickle jar in a cool dry place, retain oil layer in the pickle to make it last longer, and keep it in the fridge if possible use only dry spoon to serve.
Small batches: Our pickles are prepared by house wives in small batches.
