About the Author:
IRONMAN Kapil Arora is Fitness Expert, a Best-Selling Author and a Successful Corporate Professional in the BFSI sector.
Kapil has been recently appointed as FIT INDIA Ambassador – An Initiative launched by our Hon’ble Prime Minister under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports.
An MBA from Pune University, he is among the very few Indians who earned the title “IRONMAN” in New Zealand, where he completed the triathlon of 3.8km swim, 180km bike and 42.2km run.
Being an endurance athlete, he has also completed four consecutive 90km International Ultramarathon, the “Comrades” in South Africa.
Kapil has competed in 7 international events, run 11 Marathons, 27 Half-marathons and 3 IRONMANs in four continents across the world.
He is also a winner of multiple Gold and Silver medals, at State level athletic meets in track and field championships, in 1500 meters and 10000 meters categories.
In the past, he has been the Brand Ambassador India, Reliance Health Insurance and Brooks India.
