Chocolate Premium Premix- Eggless Baking Instructions-Egg Free Chocolate Sponge (Supreme) Mix 1000g Water 500g Oil 100g Flat Blade Step 1 Preparations : Preheat Oven to 160°C - 180°C. Grease side & bottom of the pan or use parchment paper. Step 2 Mixing : Blend mix and water at low speed until mixed well 1-2 mins. Scrape sides of the bowl and mix at high speed for 4-5 mins. Scrape the batter, add oil, and mix at low speed for 1 min. Step 3 Baking : Bake at 160°C -180°C for 35-40 mins. Do not overbake. Check till toothpick inserted comes out clean.
