Grease side & bottom of the pan or use parchment paper. Step 2 Mixing :Blend mix and water at low speed until mixed well 1-2 mins. Scrape sides of the bowl and mix at medium speed for 3-5 mins. Scrape the batter, add oil, and mix at low speed for 1 min. Step 3 Baking: Bake at 160°C overbake. Check till toothpick inserted comes out clean.
