Red Velvet Premium Premix- EGG Baking Instructions - Egg Red Velvet Spouge (Supreme) Mix 1000g Water 200g Oil 100g Egg 500g Cake Gel (Optional) 20G Wshik Step- Preparations: Preheat oven to 160°C - 180°C. Grease side & bottom of the pan or use parchment paper. Step- Mixing:Place water, cake gel, Egg and Smart Mix Red Velvet Egg Premix in the bowl at medium speed until mixed well 1min. Scrape sides of the bowl and mix at high speed for 3-5 mins. Scrape the batter, add oil, and mix at slow speed for 1 min. Step- Baking: Bake at 160°C -180°C for 35-40 mins. Do not overbake. Check till toothpick inserted comes out clean.
