Shilajit Dosage Take only one gram of shilajit daily. For best results 500 mg to 1gm Shilajit to be mixed in one glass (Approx. 200 ML) of Luke warm milk and to be taken one hour before bedtime. It is also important to note that nothing should be taken two hours after the intake of shilajit. During the course of Shilajit, one should avoid taking citrus group.
