About the Book:
This collection delves into themes of the everyday life – the moments that define what it means to be a woman, to grow into adulthood and through life. With poems such as 'Home', 'Jamun tree' and 'Kulfiwallah' she captures the half-remembered memories of childhood, that time of magic and freedom for which we all yearn.
Imminently relatable, her verses weave a frank, reflective tale of unanswered dreams and the bending of life's paths so we find ourselves somewhere we had never imagined.
She invites you to walk alongside her through these corridors, her poems echoing, as you reminisce of the days gone and find yourself in the thickets of her words.
