Tech support person did not try to install genrix driver for my win XP OS laptop But I did it myself. But over all very good product.

Very happy with the printer. The performance is good. The price point is good. The toner refill is also very cheap. Printer appears plasticky and flimsy. But I have seen stronger, "better built" printers break down easily. Used the support to check their response, that too was good.
