it needed separate plug point for electric supply i.e. 5Amp otherwise it cut supply. which harm our comp.That is Noted By Company. at this moment it is ok.Fine thing praisable

I recently bought this from snapdeal, it is a good printer and the only problem i have faced till now is that it does not work with inverter power, I have an 850va inverter and even though nothing else is working, the printer drains so much power that the inverter shuts off. other inkjet printers that I have used in the same setting have had no problems. prints are light and maybe you can set it for darker prints.

its a brilliant printer at this price. Snapdeal has improved delivery time, received it in 2 days time..!! It took less than 5 minutes to setup the printer including installation of driver.The print quality is very good, and it doesn't make any noise( as I read it in some comments). Overall its a very good printer for small office/home use.

As a regular home user I was robbed by HP ink jet printer for 6 years . Was fed up with the high cost of refills for it. In long run it was much more costlier than the printer itself .I tried refilling the ink. it was cumbersome and did not work . I Wasted significant amount of my money in that process and I had an unreliable printer which seldom worked. I wanted to change to laser printer for printing only. scanning and copying I still use the ink jet printer. Ricoh brought out low cost home user model of laser printer .it was cost effective through snapdeal. Hence I bought it .not only it is cheaper ,you can refill the toner yourself which comes in pouch.it lasts 2000 pages they claim .I have not exhausted my first 2000 pages yet .the refilling demo is on YouTube. the printer is compact and easy to install and handle .my office has several Ricoh copiers which are good .hence brand is excellent. I am extremely happy about the product, paper loading is easy,less space, beautifully crafted, it is the best low cost printer for home use.
