Reviewi have purchased from snapdeal and its really nice printer fast and affordable for home use
I was little bit skeptical about the product at first, because every other printer were double the price of it. But since Ricoh is a well known name in print business, like flex printing, Xerox the machines etc. I made my mind to buy it. And it was worth buying this product, as the print quality of the printer is really nice, no smudge nothing. Its printing capabilities is fast compared to others, 16 ppm. No matter you have a crushed paper or tored paper..this printer will still print on it without jamming itself. Very easy to install. Only one con If you do not have dvd rom, then you need yo get one, as the printer software on the website of richoh is of no use. So u need to install it with the CD provided. Rest its an awesome buy.
The printer is giving good performance. The printing is satisfactory. I have to see the performance after refilling the cartridge with RICOH toner pouch. If it continues to give good performance after refilling, then it is a very good buy. Setting up the printer is smooth and no initial hiccups encountered. There are hardly any Jams. However, the paper feed sometimes releases a bunch of papers even though the paper fed in are properly fanned. The printer occupies half portion of a small table. The noise is tolerable.

it is a very good product. very easy to handle and quality of print is very good. best thing of this product is you will not get any product with such a high quality in this range. my suggestion to you will be don't think about other just buy it. Even i was not sure how this product will work because it was promising lots of thing with such a low price but at the end i was more than satisfied. i am writing this after 15 days of buying it.
The printer is just as described in the youtube video demonstration. It will print paper in any crumpled shape or in a torn condition, which is very astonishing to me as I have never heard of such a thing
