This printer is NOT JAM FREE.. as claimed by the company. Have had few experiences of jamming of the paper already in 2 months of use.. however , was able to remove those papers easily.

I was surprise that with 3 days the product got delivered to my door step, Excellent service and customer care as well. and packing was superb, I use this printer for my Auto-cad drowsing purposes. it is an excellent product for the Architect who is doing the Building plans. Very easy to install the printer. it response very fast to the computer print signal and print very fast.
