This printer was purchased essentially for very light home use and to replace an inkjet machine that gobbled up cartridges. This printer is easy to install, and seems to work well. Just wish they had supplied a regular 2,000 sheet cartridge instead of a 500 sheet one. Also, after purchase I read that Ricoh India does not support this model? I hope that is not true but if it is let me hope it doesn't ever need service support.
