It has got everything ine needs in laser printer. The price is really less having all the features of laser printer. The ppm is good toner saver is good and moreover the smart software which tells the amount of powder remaining in toner.

Firstly Nice work by Ricoh. You cant get low cost laser printer in the market. Jam Free function was really awsome. Cartridge replacement is bit expensive(about 2500 ) but can manage through nearest dealer so that he can change the chip on catridge and use repeatedly. original Toner Costs - Rs. 400 which yields 2500 Pages( Company manual). Will discuss later after using one month. Bye

Hi Guys I'm not printer literate after having ink issues with my HP Inkjet Printer I started looking for laserjet printers I found out the laser jet printers don't have ink drying issue since I didn't want to spend much I started looking online this is the least expensive printer online with refillable cartridge took out few prints and prints came out nice but first few papers jammed maybe it's in break in period but since I paid so little for this printer I can live with that Now here comes confusing part this printer has a little chip on cartridge what's the purpose of that chip is not known to me so if this is a chip based cartridge can I refill it and get a new chip also I'm really confused on this chip part anybody who's more literate about printers can please shed some light on this issue

Would've given it 5 stars had I not had issues with installation from the CD. I had to look for installation files over internet and even following those instructions weren't easy as it was not a self-executing file. So I had to read the procedure from one file and install it through control panel. Thus it is not easy for those not well versed with computers.

Unbelievable quality . More than value for Money. Only problem is the toner cannot be refilled more than twice
