Lack of Mac OS X compatibility spoiled it for me

This printer is good on all parameters, good print quality, refillable cartridge, great price etc. as said in other reviews. Better than HP laserjets read more

Received item in good condition as specified in the deal.Availed free installation from Wipro certified engineer on recommendation on Snapdeal. Satisfied with the performance oof printer but print scan copy model could have been better to satisfy my need with marginal difference in price. PS: The printer attached to this listing is completely wrong. I am not a heavy user so I have only taken around 10-15 printouts since it arrived. I still have the older HP Ink Advantage printer that I replaced it with. I love the speed of the laser printer. But then I am going to miss the convenience of a cloud enabled wireless printer that I could use from the phone. I also needed help from the Ricoh call center folks to get it working on my W8.1 machine. The instructions that come with the driver download from their website appears to be completely wrong. The guy was quite helpful. He set it up for me using TeamViewer. Hopefully, it would remain compatible with W10 which arrives later this month.
