At Sapre’s, we create Tikhat Sev using high-quality ingredients to ensure an authentic taste and superior crunch. Our process begins with fine besan (gram flour), which is expertly blended with salt, red chili powder, and water to form a flavorful dough. This dough is then passed through a traditional sev-making machine (Sorya), shaping the sev into perfectly crisp strands. Each batch is fried in hot refined oil to achieve the ideal texture and spice level.
