At Sapre Foods, we craft this treat by creating a flavorful paste from besan (gram flour), chili powder, salt, amchur (dried mango powder), asafoetida, and powdered sugar, mixed with water. This paste is spread between layers of maida (all-purpose flour) roti, which are then cut into diamond shapes and fried until golden brown and crunchy.
