Congratulations If you have already bought this product. If not then don't get bothered about it, here is what you need to know. This Portable Product works for Windows, as well as Mac. The Box contains a plastic tray which holds the main product and the cable along with your warranty card. Appearance-9/10- looks fabulous in Red/Silver/Blue. Has Matte plastic finish. On one end is a white light to indicate Power On, the light can be turned off using Seagate dashboard software provided along with the Hard Disk. Connectivity-10/10-Has a USB connector on the bottom side panel. Which is USB 3.0/2.0/Firewire Compatible. Length of the cable is 18 inch. Transfer Rate-9/10- Blazing 60-80MBps via USB 3.0, 20-30MBps for USB 2.0 Built & Dimension(8/10)-While standing 4.8inch Length x 3.1inch Breadth x 0.57inch Depth. The body is made of plastic to maintain weight which is 224 grams. But overall offers a tough casing. Cannot be tampered easily. Troubleshooting-Hardly any issues regarding data corruption, connectivity or other CRC errors. First, great service by snapdeal. Received product before delivery date. Now about the the drive, performance is great. I have copied about 700gb data to it and heat is ok and data transfer speed was about 90 mbps on 3.0 which is pretty good.

usb cable is too short.remaing all is very good.it is used for mac os also
