this was worth every penny spent ,got 931 GB usable memory.I wish i could have ordered 2 TB one .You must register at the site of seagate to get 3 year warranty.I am quite satisfied with this product.

POSTIVE: -I am Using Seagate Hard DiskS since 4Years. -I have buyed 4 Hard Disks Upto Now. which are 1tb, 2tb, 1tb, 1tb. -The Price Of Seagate Hard disks Is Getting Low Year by Year. NEGATIVE: -it will be Damaged Completely sometimes due to power over load,if we don't use UPS For PC's and Genuine and Good Working Charging ADAPTERS.. -these Hard disks Cannot Sustain Even a Small Drop From Hand. Very Delicate. -Handle with Care Or u will Loose U're Hard Disk + DATA. -Warranty Will BE Claimed Only For The Manufacture Defects. IMPORTANT NOTE: -IF Power Overloaded or Physically Dropped From Hand,The Internal Winding Circuits Will BE Spoiled Definitely, -Warranty of the Company Says That They Will Only Provide The Warranty IF and IF Only the INTERNAL Circuit Winding Is Good.
