Remember menstrual cups should be properly washed and sterilized before and after each cycle. Using Boiled Water Fill Senzicare sterilizer Container Case with boiled water. Place the menstrual cup inside Senzicare sterilizer and close the lid Empty after 5 minutes and let it dry Using a Micro-wave Put the menstrual cup into Senzicare sterilizer cup Fill Senzicare sterilizer case with water. Keep the sterilizer Container Case uncovered and place it inside the microwave for 3 minutes. Take the sterilizer out from the micro-wave and wait until it cools down.
