ABOUT AUTHOR
Simon O Sinek was born in Wimbledon in the year 1973. He lived in London, Johannesburg and Hong Kong, before settling down in New Jersey. He obtained his B.A. in Cultural Anthropology from Brandeis University and joined an ad agency called Euro/RSCG in New York. In 2002, he started his own venture called Sinek Partners. In the year 2010, he joined RAND Corporation - a non-profit think tank established with a vision of offering research and development analysis to the armed forces of the US. Simon is popular for making the concept of the Golden Circle extremely famous. His first TEDx talk, How Great Leaders Inspire Action, is the seventh most viewed video on TED.com.
