And beit further limited, by the Authority aforcfiid, That if any Perfon or Perform {hall make any Difcovery for finding the 'tude at Sea, which, though not of {0 great Ufe as to be in d to any of the great Rewards above f iod, {hall neverthelel's be adjudged the faid Commi ioners the Difeovery of Long-i. Sude at Sea, or the major Partof them, to be of confiderable Ufe to the Public, or {ball make any Other Difeovery or Difcoveries, Inaprovcmcnt or Improvements, ufeful to Navigation, then, and in Inch Cafe, fuch Perfon or Perfons, his or their Executors, Admi nifirators, or Afligns, tall, from time retime, have and receive {uch lefs Reward or Sum or Sums of Money as the faid Com. Miliioners, or the major Part of them, {hall think reafonable; and cc accordingly, under their Hands andseals, to the Commillion era 0 the Nav who are hereby authorifed and required to make out a Bill or Bi ls upon the Treafurer of the Navy for any foch Sum or Sums of Money, which the {aid Treafurer is hereby authorized and re uired to pay immediately to {uch Perfon or Perfons, his or their ecutors, Adminifirators, or Alfigns, out of arfy Money that sall be in his the {aid Treafurer 5 Hands unapplied as orol'aid.
