Description

It is a complete instruction booklet on how to read tarot cards, as well as their significance in one’s life and spiritual awakening. The Rider Waite Tarot 1909 is considered to be the most popular tarot card decks in the world and is designed by famous illustrator Pamela Colman Smith. The booklet comes with a tarot card deck so that the reader can learn each card’s importance while reading the book. On the basis of pictures and symbols drawn on these cards, a tarot card reader can unwrap some hidden mysteries in human life. Due to its ability to unfold certain past and future facts, the tarot cards gained popularity with time. The original Rider Waite Tarot Deck contains a pile of 78 Waite deck cards that are further divided into two Arcanas, Major and Minor. There are 56 Minor Arcanas and 22 Major Arcanas in colored patterns. Furthermore, minor cards are divided into four suits, which are wands, cups, pentacles and swords. Using all these different cards, a tarot card reader can reveal various facts about an individual as each symbol, pattern and picture signifies something or the other about that person’s life. Besides complete instructions on tarot cards, the booklet also comes with 'The Key to the Tarot' by the author himself. This additional booklet throws light on tarot card reading in more detail and also tells about history of these decks. The history of the cards is age-old; from centuries people have been using these cards to find out some unknown facts about themselves and people around them. However, many tarot card decks are now available in the market easily, but most of them are replicas of the original Rider-Waite deck from 1909. The new ones are similar in appearance in terms of illustrations and symbolism.
