The Card can be used only in India and cannot under any circumstances be exchanged for cash.

The Card is Non-Reloadable in nature.

Card cannot be used at any ATM's.

If a Card is lost or stolen, the Cardholder must immediately report such loss/theft to Edenred’ s 24 Hour Contact Center E-Assist (assist-IN@edenred.com) or 1860-233-5555* / 022-2545 5555 / 022-6143 3333.

Multiple Cards can be clubbed in 1 billing.

Validity - 12 Months from the date printed on the face of the card.

For security reasons, you will receive an inactive card. On delivery of your card, please place your activation request.

After receiving the activation request, the card is activated within 5 business days.

To Register the card online

Go to www.edenred.co.in

Click on ‘Card User Login’.

Enter the 16 digit card number & 4 digit registration code (which is available on the welcome letter received along with the card).

Enter your personal details – Mother’s maiden name, DOB, e-mail ID & Mobile No.

Create a User Id & Password of your choice.

Click on ‘SUBMIT’.

You will receive an e-mail on the registered e-mail id confirming successful registration.

Login to your account with User ID & Password which you have created, by following steps 1 & 2 listed above.

You will have to wait 24 hours for your credentials to be updated and to receive SMS alerts on your registered mobile number for transactions done using your card or receive the regenerated password over your email id, in case your forget your password.
