1. This Gift Card is issued by Qwikcilver Solutions. Qwikcilver is a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India, and is the issuer of Gift Cards.
2. This Gift Card is valid for 1 year from the date of activation.
3. This Gift Card is redeemable only on www.woohoo.in and the Woohoo App on all brands except Amazon ,all variants of Woohoo and all Jewellery brands along with the brands listed ( Croma, Godrej Nature's Basket, Vivek's, Spencer's, Shopper's Stop, Makemytrip and Cleartrip)
4. This Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other Woohoo Gift Card/E-Gift Card.
5. This Gift Card cannot be reloaded.
6. In case the value of the merchandise exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the difference must be paid by other modes of payment available.
7. In case the value of the merchandise is less than the value of the Gift Card the difference will not be refunded in cash. However it can be used for a subsequent purchase within the validity period.
8. In the event the beneficiary/Know Your Customer (KYC) details are found to be incorrect/insufficient, Qwikcilver Solutions retains the right to cancel the Gift Card issued.
9. Protect the card numbers and PIN numbers to avoid misuse. Qwikcilver Solutions will not be responsible in case the card is lost, stolen or used without permission.
10. In case the card number gets stolen, it cannot be replaced, nor cash refunded.
