About the Author - DR VINAY RAJATH D. is a PhD in Sociology from Mangalore University and has taught the subject for over 25 years. He also holds a post-graduate degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations.
He is the author/editor of 11 books and has written several research papers and articles. Dr Rajath is the editor of Samaja Shodhana, a journal of the Mangalore Sociology Association. He is a member of numerous academic and education organizations, including the Indian Sociological Society.
