Introduction
Screws and Nails are fasteners that have a large number of applications, particularly in wood working and carpentry. They have a flat head and a pointed tip for their functioning and hold two work pieces together with the frictional force generated by forcing the nail into the material. They cannot be removed easily once they are installed, unlike screws and are usually permanent. They are normally made up of steel and come in a large number of sizes.
